AMIEs SINIGANG na HIPON
- 1/4 cup onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 10 pcs.camias
- 6 cup rice water
- 1/2 kg fresh shrimp, medium sized
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cup kangkong leaves and tender stalks (swamp cabbage)
- Saute onions and tomatoes.
- Add the camias and cook until tender and mushy.
- Add the rice water.
- Let boil
- When boiling, drop the shrimps.Season with salt.
- Add kangkong and cook 2 minutes.
- Serves 4.
