Yogi Tea

  1. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce it to a simmer.
  2. Add the milk, half-and-half, sugar, and cinnamon, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer an additional 30 minutes.
  4. Strain and serve hot or cold.
