Greek Fish Fillets Recipe

  1. Place fish fillets in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Cover proportionately with vegetables and garlic.
  3. Blend tomato sauce with chicken broth or possibly wine to pour over the fillets.
  4. Sprinkle with seasonings.
  5. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top.
  6. Bake at 30 min at 350 degrees.
