Greek Fish Fillets Recipe
- 2 pound frzn or possibly fresh fillets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 med. onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. chicken broth or possibly white wine
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- Place fish fillets in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Cover proportionately with vegetables and garlic.
- Blend tomato sauce with chicken broth or possibly wine to pour over the fillets.
- Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top.
- Bake at 30 min at 350 degrees.
