Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Mix sugars, butter, oil, egg, and pudding together with an electric mixer.
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  3. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls.
  4. Place on cookie sheet, allowing space for them to spread out as they bake.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 8 to 10 minutes.
