Honey Mustard Chicken
- 6 whole Chicken Breasts
- 4 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Style Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- Ive prepared this dish several ways see below for 3 options.
- Combine all ingredients except the chicken in a bowl.
- This is your sauce.
- 1.
- Bake chicken breasts for 30 minutes at 400 degrees (F) covered with foil.
- Drain any grease from the chicken, pour sauce over and bake for 10 minutes more or until juices run clear.
- 2.
- Marinate the chicken in the sauce for at least 30 minutes before grilling or broiling (instructions below) or baking (instructions above).
- 3.
- Grill (over medium-high flame) or broil chicken for approximately 25 minutes then brush with the sauce and cook 5 minutes more.
