Hollandsche Pudding - Holland Pudding
- 12 cup farina
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups milk
- 23 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter (no substitutions)
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 12 cup nuts, chopped
- Combine farina, cocoa and salt.
- Add milk, stirring constantly.
- Cook in a double boiler for 30 minutes.
- Add sugar, butter and egg.
- Cool and add nuts.
