Creamed Spinach In Pastry Shell Recipe
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn spinach
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon grated onion, optional
- Sliced hard cooked Large eggs
- Paprika
- 12 (3") unbaked tart shells
- Cook spinach according to package directions; drain and add in chicken soup; mix well.
- Combine salt, pepper and flour.
- Stir into spinach.
- Add in onion, if you like.
- Spoon into unbaked tart shells.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min or possibly till tart shells are brown.
- Top with slices of hard cooked Large eggs and sprinkle with paprika.
