Tuscan-Roasted Vegetable & Pork Tenderloin Bake

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Toss vegetables with dressing and cheese; spread onto bottom of parchment paper-lined 15x10x1-inch pan.
  3. Bake 15 min.
  4. Stir in apples.
  5. Coat meat with coating mix as directed on package; add to pan.
  6. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  7. or until meat is done (145 degrees F) and vegetables are tender.
  8. Let stand 3 min.
  9. before serving.
