Grilled Meat and Potatoes Salad

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing over steak in shallow glass dish or resealable bag; cover dish or seal bag.
  2. Refrigerate several hours or overnight to marinate.
  3. Preheat greased grill to medium heat.
  4. Place potatoes in center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil.
  5. Bring up foil sides.
  6. Drizzle 1/2 cup of the dressing over potatoes.
  7. Double fold top and ends of foil to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  8. Drain steak; discard marinade.
  9. Grill steak and potato pouch 15 min.
  10. or until steak is cooked through, turning occasionally.
  11. Cut steak across the grain into thin strips.
  12. Toss greens with the steak strips, tomato, onion and potatoes just before serving.
