Meatball Soup with Greens for Two
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small carrot, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 cups 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 lb. (115 g) frozen fully cooked meatballs
- 2 cups chopped baby spinach leaves
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- Heat dressing in medium saucepan on medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.
- Stir in broth and water; bring to boil.
- Add meatballs; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
- Add spinach and cheese; stir.
