Meatball Soup with Greens for Two

  1. Heat dressing in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add onions, carrots and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.
  3. Stir in broth and water; bring to boil.
  4. Add meatballs; cover.
  5. Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
  6. Add spinach and cheese; stir.
