Hamburger in a Skillet
- 34 lb hamburger
- 14 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 14 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 34 cup milk
- 1 lb frozen mixed vegetables
- Form into meatballs and sprinkle with flour.
- Brown on all sides in a skillet with 2 tbsp oil.
- Place meatballs around edge of the skillet, and in the middle pour 1 can cream of mushroom soup mixed with 3/4 cup milk.
- Top with one package frozen mixed vegetables.
- Simmer for about 12 minutes.
