Rosie's Cheesy Meat Lasagna

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Brown meat with garlic and oregano in medium saucepan.
  3. Stir in pasta sauce; simmer 5 min.
  4. Remove from heat; stir in tomatoes.
  5. Mix ricotta, egg and Parmesan.
  6. Spread 1/2 cup of the sauce mixture onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish; cover with layers of 3 of the noodles, 1 cup of the ricotta mixture, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella and 1 cup of the remaining sauce mixture.
  7. Repeat layers.
  8. Top with remaining 3 noodles and remaining sauce mixture.
  9. Cover with foil.
  10. Bake 30 min.
  11. or until heated through.
  12. Uncover; top with remaining mozzarella.
  13. Bake, uncovered, 5 min.
  14. or until cheese is melted.
  15. Let stand 5 min.
  16. before serving.
