Chicken And Wine Recipe

  1. Dip each chicken breast into egg and then in bread crumbs (flavored bread crumbs can be used).
  2. Brown in a small amount of butter or possibly oil.
  3. Remove chicken and place in casserole.
  4. Add in sliced mushrooms and green pepper to pan and saute/fry till soft.
  5. Put mushrooms and green peppers on top of chicken in casserole.
  6. Pour wine and water over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min.
