Fresh Spinach And Paneer

  1. Put 3 tablespoons of the oil into a lidded frying pan on a high heat.
  2. Lightly season the paneer cubes with salt and fry them in the pan, turning regularly until golden on each side.
  3. Watch out, as the paneer might spit; if it does, half cover it with a lid.
  4. Remove the paneer cubes using a slotted spoon and put them to one side on a paper towel.
