Fruit French Toast

  1. Cook the fruit, sugar, wine and liqueur for 15 minutes, then strain well.
  2. Add a little corn syrup for a thicker sauce.
  3. Mix together the eggs, vanilla, almond extract, cinnamon, sugar, and cream.
  4. Dip the bread in the mixture to coat thoroughly.
  5. Heat the butter in a pan over high heat, and cook the bread until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve with Fruit Sauce.
