Easy Pretty Mint Chocolate Cake

  1. Prepare cake batter according to package directions, using a greased 10 x 15 inch baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350F (180C) F for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  3. Cool on a wire rack.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the frosting ingredients until smooth.
  5. Spread over cooled cake.
  6. For topping, in a microwave, melt chocolate chips and butter; stir until smooth.
  7. Stir in extract.
  8. Spread over frosting.
  9. Refrigerate until set.
