Roasted Red Pepper Dip

  1. Blend all ingredients except crackers in blender until smooth; spoon into tightly covered container.
  2. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  3. Serve with crackers.
  4. Pairs well with a glass of Merlot.
  5. Please drink responsibly.
