Boobie's Mushroom,Swiss and Bacon Patty Melt.

• 2 Texas Toast. We are in Texas ever thing is BIG
• 1 lb any type of beef u prefer (turkey, pork, chicken ground)
• 1 Swiss
• 1 Bacon
• 1 bunch Mushrooms

1. Form Patty and grill beef to ur desire.
2. I like pink in the middle.
3. Plz add only salt and pepper.
4. Many people like additives to the beef and then mess up the flavor of the beef.
5. Salt and pepper is all u need
6. Toast your Texas Toast..
7. Fry bacon until crisp.
8. Saute mushroom in butter.
9. I like using a bit of garlic salt while sauteing mushroom in butter
10. Stack all ur ingredients together and Smash ur burger with Swiss.
11. Double it up if u want everyone loves double the fun.
12. Pair with fries, sweet potato fries, veggies, etc.....
