Mexican Pepper Dip
- 1 (15 ounce) can black olives, sliced
- 1 (20 ounce) jarmild yellow pepper rings
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced
- 1 lb monterey jack cheese
- Good Seasons Italian dressing, prepared
- tortilla chips
- Drain the peppers and chop in small pieces.
- MIx the peppers, green onions, olives and tomatoes.
- Mis this with approximately 2/3 of the prepared dressing.
- Grate the cheese block into the mixture and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate to meld the flavors.
- Serve with chips.
