Mexican Pepper Dip

  1. Drain the peppers and chop in small pieces.
  2. MIx the peppers, green onions, olives and tomatoes.
  3. Mis this with approximately 2/3 of the prepared dressing.
  4. Grate the cheese block into the mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Refrigerate to meld the flavors.
  6. Serve with chips.
