Grilled Chicken Reuben Dijon
- 6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1-1/2 lb.), pounded slightly
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 3 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. dill pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 6 slices rye bread, toasted
- 3/4 cup CLAUSSEN Sauerkraut
- 6 KRAFT Swiss Cheese Slices
- Preheat broiler.
- Place chicken on greased rack of broiler pan.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 5 to 7 min.
- on each side or until chicken is cooked through (170F).
- Meanwhile, mix sour cream, mustard, relish, sugar and pepper.
- Top each toast slice with 2 Tbsp.
- sauerkraut, 1 chicken breast, about 1 Tbsp.
- of the mustard mixture and 1 cheese slice.
- Broil 1 to 2 min.
- or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
