Farmer's Recipe Salt-Flavored Yakisoba

  1. Chop the cabbage.
  2. Cut the shrimp and pork into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine the seasoning ingredients under A.
  4. Place the noodles in a microwave safe plate and microwave for 1 minutes at 500 W and roughly separate the noodles.
  5. (This is to soften the refrigerated noodles.)
  6. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  7. Cook the pork until the meat is no longer pink.
  8. Add the cabbages and cook until soft.
  9. Add the shrimp.
  10. Season with salt and pepper and cook for a short while.
  11. Add the noodles and A sauce then cook for another 2 minutes and done.
  12. It's a light, salty flavor.
