Slow Cooker Irish Stew

  1. Cut the lamb into bite size cubes and brown it in the oil in a large skillet.
  2. Drain off the fat.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker/crock pot.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
