Strawberries with Molasses Sour Cream Sauce

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 tablespoons unsulfered molasses
• 2 pint strawberries, hulled, and if large halved

1. In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, sugar, vanilla and 2 tablespoons molasses until smooth.
2. Divide strawberries between 4 bowls and top with sour ef="http://www.foodterms.com/encyclopedia/cream-sauce/index.html" class="crosslink" debug="154 165">cream sauce.
3. Drizzle remaining molasses over servings.
