Pico de Gallo: The best by Amoura
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2 serrano peppers, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 12 lemon, juice only
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- Mix all together and let sit in fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Tastes great with fajitas, or with just plain crisps (add more tomatoes for a more salsa-base for chips).
