Patriotic Parfaits

• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 (6 ounce) package berry blue gelatin mix
• 2 cups cold water
• 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Topping
• 1 cup strawberry

1. Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
2. Stir in cold water.
3. Pour into serving bowl or 8 dessert glasses.
4. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
5. Spoon whipped topping over gelatin in bowl or glasses.
6. Top with strawberries.
7. Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
