Honey Joys.

• 8 cup Cornflakes
• 3 tbsp Honey
• 1/2 cup Butter
• 1/3 cup Sugar

1. Preheat oven to 180?C.
2. In a small saucepan melt the butter, sugar and honey until it starts to froth.
3. In a large mixing bowl, tip in the 8 cups of cornflakes.
4. Pour the melted mixture into the cornflakes and quickly mix evenly through the cornflakes before it begins to set.
5. Place 20 cupcake cases, evenly spaced onto a flat oven tray.
6. Using a spoon, fill the cases to the top.
7. Place completed oven tray into the oven for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.
8. Remove tray from the oven and place onto a wire cooling rack.
9. Place the filled rack into the refrigerator for approximately 10 minutes allowing them to set.
10. Time to enjoy and make sure to save some for the kids!
