Cheesy Quinoa with Meatballs
- 12 ounces, weight Meatballs (I Used Aidell's Meatballs)
- 2 cups Quinoa, Cooked
- 1 cup Grape Or Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 1/2 cups Fresh Basil, Shredded
- Reheat meatballs in a skillet.
- When thoroughly heated, add cooked quinoa and continue to saute to warm through.
- When heated, add tomatoes and cheese, toss gently and remove from heat.
- Add fresh basil and serve.
