Orange Pecan Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a medium bowl slightly beat eggs with a fork.
  3. Add sugar, corn syrup, butter, orange extract and vanilla; stir until blended.
  4. Stir in pecans.
  5. Pour in pie crust.
  6. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
  7. Cool on wire rack.
