Orange Pecan Pie
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 14 cups pecans
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a medium bowl slightly beat eggs with a fork.
- Add sugar, corn syrup, butter, orange extract and vanilla; stir until blended.
- Stir in pecans.
- Pour in pie crust.
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack.
