Pine Nut Salsa
- 3/4 cup pine nuts
- 3 hard boiled large egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoon brine from the capers
- 1 cup half and half
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Combine the pine nuts, egg yolks, capers and juice, and the half-and-half in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper and blend to combine.
