Mango Lassi Ice Pops
- One 16-ounce bag frozen mango chunks, thawed
- One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- Grated zest and juice of 1 lime
- Special equipment: about 20 small paper cups and ice-pop sticks
- Put the mango, condensed milk, ginger, cardamom and lime zest and juice in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Distribute the mixture among the paper cups, add the ice-pop sticks and freeze until firm, at least 6 hours.
