All Purpose Marinade Recipe

• 3 c. Dry white wine
• 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp Onion pwdr
• 1/2 c. Soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Marinate the meat (beef, pork, chicken, or possibly game) for 3 to 6 hrs, then use the marinade as a basting sauce as the meat cooks on the grill.
