Crispy Lemon Fish Fillet Caesar
- 100 g baby cos lettuce leaves
- 1 1/3 cups croutons
- 4 pieces I&J Light and Crispy Lemon Fish, cooked as per packet directions
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup KRAFT* Caesar Dressing
- ARRANGE lettuce and croutons on serving plates.
- CUT the cooked fish portions into 4 or 5 pieces and place on the salad.
- Sprinkle over the Parmesan and drizzle with the dressing.
- Serve immediately.
