HEALTHY LIVING Turkey-Parmesan Casserole
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, broken in half, uncooked
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) 98%-fat-free condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 3 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
- Mix next 5 ingredients in large bowl until blended.
- Add spaghetti, broccoli and turkey; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 2-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until heated through.
