Low-Cal Dandan Noodles with Fresh Ramen Noodles
- 1 packet Fresh ramen noodles (with soy sauce or miso soup sachet)
- 1/4 bunch Spinach
- 200 grams Pork mince
- 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine or sake
- 1 Pepper
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 heaped tablespoon Tianmianjiang
- 1/2 tsp Doubanjiang
- 1 Toasted white sesame seeds
- Blanch the spinach in salted water and squeeze out the excess water.
- Cut into bite sizes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pork mince.
- Season with the ingredients.
- Cook the fresh ramen noodles and add the soup sachets.
- Put the pork mince on top and spinach.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- This one is miso based.
