Best Mustard In The World
- 4 oz dry mustard
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 tsp salt (I use less since I'm not a huge fan of salt)
- 2/3 cup white or cider vinegar
- Cover dry mustard with vinegar and let stand for 8 hours or over night.
- Place in a double boiler.
- Add sugar, salt and eggs.
- Beat well and cook until thick.
- This will keep for months in the fridge.
