Crunchy Catfish Fingers

  1. Preheat oven to 365F Cut each fillet lengthwise into 3 strips Sprinkle fish with 1/2 salt.
  2. Whisk together milk and mustard in a small bowl, combine cereal, cornstarch and pepper along with rest of salt.
  3. Dip fish into milk mixture.
  4. Roll around in crushed cereal mixture.
  5. Arrange fish on a baking sheet coated with a cooking spray.
  6. lightly spay fish with spray.
  7. Bake at 370F for 20 to 22 min or until fish falls apart with a poke of a fork.
  8. Serve with tarter sauce of ketchup.
