5-Minute Shrimp and Pea Salad

  1. Place shrimp and peas in colander; rinse under hot water until thawed.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Place in large bowl; set aside.
  4. Arrange lettuce on 4 plates to resemble cups.
  5. Add onions and dressing to shrimp mixture; toss lightly.
  6. Spoon into lettuce "cups."
