Crunchy Sweet Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cut deep slits in rounded side of potatoes at 1-inch intervals, being careful not to cut all the way through potatoes.
  3. Place, slit sides up, in greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  4. Brush tops with butter.
  5. Bake 40 minutes.
  6. Baste potatoes with butter from bottom of pan; sprinkle with cereal and sugar.
  7. Continue baking 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender and topping is golden brown.
