Peppermint Stick Pie Recipe

• 2 c. Rice Krispies
• 3 tbsp. butter
• 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
• 1 quart. peppermint stick ice cream

1. Combine Rice Krispies, butter, and chocolate chips.
2. Mold into a 10 inch pie tin to make the crust.
3. Fill with ice cream.
4. Top with shaved bitter sweet chocolate.
