Bread Crumbs & Nuts Simple Chocolate Crunch
- 1 Lotte Ghana Milk Chocolate
- 30 grams Panko
- 20 grams Your favorite nuts (almonds, etc)
- Finely mince the chocolate and nuts.
- I used whole roasted almonds.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler.
- Add the panko and nuts and mix well.
- Make into bite-sized pieces and chill in the refrigerator.
- I recommend using silicon candy wrappers for neat shapes and it'll also be easy to remove.
- Once they've hardened, they're complete.
- The texture of the crispy panko and the crunchy nuts is the best.
- Modify the amount of panko and nuts to your tastes.
- 30 g of panko gives a pretty light taste.
