Debbie's Bacon and Cheddar Muffins
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 23 cup milk
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 lb bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups, and spray with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients except cheese and bacon, just until moistened (batter will be lumpy).
- Fold in cheese and bacon.
- Divide batter among muffin cups.
- Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
