New Mexico Green Sauce
- 1 each onions finely chopped
- 4 each poblano peppers
- 1 each jalapeno pepper
- 1 each garlic cloves finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Cook onion, chilies, and garlic in oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in whipping cream and salt.
