Ham Salad Pie
- 1 can green peas, drained
- 1 1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham
- 2 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
- 3/4 cup gluten-free biscuit mix
- 3 eggs
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Put peas, ham, & cheese in casserole dish & spread out.
- Beat rest of ingredients together & pour into casserole dish evenly.
- Bake until golden brown & knife inserted in center comes out clean; about 35 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
