Boerie Roll.

  1. Make the caramelised onions
  2. Cut open the hotdog rolls length wise and butter
  3. Fry the boerewors (beef sausage) in a frying pan over a high heat (or on a braai - barbecue) until meduim to well cooked
  4. Cut the sausage into 6 equal pieces.
  5. Place a piece of sausage on each roll
  6. Add caramelised onions.
  7. Then top off with your favourite condiment.
  8. Peri Peri Sauce or Roasted Chili Sauce or Tomato ketchup.
