Fried Rice In Double Ham
- 2 cup egg fried rice or any fried rice
- 2 slice any ham
- 1 dash italian balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp (pounded garlic ,2tbsp of plum sauce ,1 tsp of sugar , dash of salt and 1 tbsp of kalamansi juice and 1 tbsp of oil (mix well in a pan )
- 2 Italian plum tomato and salad or
- 1 fresh coriader leaf
- EGG AND MUSTARD SEED FRIED RICE
- In pan with oil add in the beaten eggs and stir fry it then quickly add cooked white rice stir vigorously till eggs totally set
- Add a dash of salt and pepper with the toasted mustard seed ( in another pan just lightly toast the mustard seed for 1 minutes ) and stir fry for another 3 minutes
- On a parchment papper baked the thinly slice smoke ham at 200 C/400F for 5 to 8 minute till corner are slightly crispy..

- 'Don't over bake it '
- FOR THE GARLIC PLUM DRESSING ,,, add all ingredients in a pan and mix well then off heat
- Scoop the egg fried rice into a small bowl and press frimly to shape it ,, then turn over onto a slice of baked ham then top with another slice of ham then garnish with some garlic plum dressing
