Fried Rice In Double Ham

  1. EGG AND MUSTARD SEED FRIED RICE
  2. In pan with oil add in the beaten eggs and stir fry it then quickly add cooked white rice stir vigorously till eggs totally set
  3. Add a dash of salt and pepper with the toasted mustard seed ( in another pan just lightly toast the mustard seed for 1 minutes ) and stir fry for another 3 minutes
  4. On a parchment papper baked the thinly slice smoke ham at 200 C/400F for 5 to 8 minute till corner are slightly crispy..
  5. .....TIPS .
  6. 'Don't over bake it '
  7. FOR THE GARLIC PLUM DRESSING ,,, add all ingredients in a pan and mix well then off heat
  8. Scoop the egg fried rice into a small bowl and press frimly to shape it ,, then turn over onto a slice of baked ham then top with another slice of ham then garnish with some garlic plum dressing
