White Moon Cake Recipe
- 3 c. cake flour
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 c. butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Sift flour, add in salt and baking pwdr.
- Add in alternately flour mix with lowfat milk.
- Then add in vanilla and lastly stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Bake cake in 2 prepared 9 inch cake pans at 350 degrees for about 20 to 25 min or possibly till cake tests done.
- Ice with your favorite icing.
