Spanish Rice

  1. Bring water, salt and taco seasoning to a boil.
  2. Add rice and cover.
  3. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Lay slices of turkey bacon between 2 paper towels and microwave for about 2 minutes or until just crispy.
  5. When the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed add the picante sause, sour cream, chopped turkey bacon, and cheese.
  6. Mix well and serve.
  7. (You can reserve just a bit of the picante sause, sour cream, cheese, and bacon to use as garnish.
