Mediterranean Burgers

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients, 3 Tbsp.
  3. parsley and 1 tsp.
  4. harissa just until blended.
  5. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  6. Grill 6 to 7 min.
  7. on each side or until done (165F), adding peppers and zucchini to the barbecue after 4 min.
  8. and turning vegetables after 5 min.
  9. Mix Miracle Whip with remaining parsley and harissa until blended.
  10. Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; cover with vegetables, Miracle Whip mixture and top halves of buns.
