Mediterranean Burgers
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, divided
- 2 tsp. harissa, divided
- 1 red pepper, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 zucchini, cut into 8 diagonal slices
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Mix first 4 ingredients, 3 Tbsp.
- parsley and 1 tsp.
- harissa just until blended.
- Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (165F), adding peppers and zucchini to the barbecue after 4 min.
- and turning vegetables after 5 min.
- Mix Miracle Whip with remaining parsley and harissa until blended.
- Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; cover with vegetables, Miracle Whip mixture and top halves of buns.
