Tender Grilled Chicken Breasts Recipe
- 3 ounce. white wine
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon celery salt or possibly seed
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon A-1 sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon bitters
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 10-12 pcs boneless chicken breasts
- Blend all the ingredients except for the chicken in a blender.
- Place chicken in a large Ziploc freezer bag and pour blended mix over chicken.
- Marinate for 5-6 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Grill no more than 10 min on each side or possibly bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
