Healthy avocado & chicken salad.

  1. Peel and cut the avocado in medium size pieces.
  2. Add the lime juice and mix gently.
  3. Cut the chicken breats in stripes and cook on a griddle (without oil or butter of any kind).
  4. Once is half cooked sprinkle salt and pepper.
  5. Wash the avocado to get rid of the lime taste and put in on a plate as a base.
  6. Sprinkle some salt.
  7. Put fhe chicken on top.
  8. Cut the cerry tomatoes in half and add.
